“Jingle Jangle” (2020, Netflix)

Jingle Jangle added a dash of much needed sparkle to our week.

As we all know, it's been a rough year and that might have been part of the reason why we were both so eager to do a chat on the glitzy, star-studded Christmas movie Jingle Jangle, which is now streaming on Netflix.

The marvelously lush film seems to be set in an alternate Victorian era and begins the way The Princess Bride does -- with a grandparent (played here by Phylicia Rashad) telling her grandkids about a long forgotten tale.
